Replacement roof. Brett came out on time to give us an estimate. Explained clearly what he planned to do.He was fairly easy to contact with any follow up questions. This is the only place where he might get 4 1/2 not five stars but understand that a small business will typically only have one person in the office so responses may be a bit slow. Got all our questions answered before the project started.Had a good crew who did the work. They were all hard workers and got the roof on very quickly. Passed inspections with no problems Did a good cleanup after finishing. Overall, very satisfied.
We have been fans of Moran roofing for many years. What we value most in a contractor is that they stand by their work. Recently, we had an issue with the gutter system and covers installed by Moran a number of years ago. Not only did they happily repair the small damaged gutter section, but the Moran team inspected the entire system, cleared a number of clogged gutters and down spouts, and then blew off any remaining leaves on my roof. In all respects, they exceeded expectations.
We’ve used Moran Roofing twice before and have been very pleased with their work. We had a number of delays because of the rain but finally got it done. Crew is professional and they do a nice job cleaning up after each day. Highly recommend.
