We noticed leaking from our old roof after a extreme rain event in October 2025. We knew we needed to replace the roof before the winter. We feared the potential for leaking damage due to the future spring thaw of accumulated snow. We shopped around for pricing and material specifications. Our sales Rep. John Olczak, Green Metal Roofing, impressed us with his knowledge of metal roofing industry and with very good pricing. We had a very tight time frame to install before winter weather arrived. John worked with his installers to fit us in. Their crew, led by Jan, arrived as promised and worked efficiently to complete our beautiful new roof. They had to persevere through a rare early snowfall in Nov. They removed the snow and carried on. We really appreciate their determination. I was very impressed with Green Metal Roofing! The owners and staff are super professional, knowledgeable, punctual and polite. They clearly care about their work. The staff who installed our new roof were also punctual, polite, and very skilled. They finished our garage roof in just 2 days and it looks great! We can't say enough about this company as the product is hands down superior, the price untouchable compared to any others in the business out there, metal or shingle ! Thx to Mike, Greg, the installers and all the guys that made this happen for us, you have some really happy customers. It is so reassuring to know we are dried in with a fully operational, working ridgeline ventilation system and a roof warrantied 55 years. We also have the peace of mind with any service and/or backing available if need be for years to come. Next week Green Metal crew coming back to put the gutter guards on then all will be complete.
