Greg was the only person who actually went up on the roof during the estimate, which showed right away how thorough and professional he is. He explained everything clearly, didn’t try to upsell me, and was really easy to work with. The roof and gutters look fantastic. The crew was organized, respectful of the property, and you can tell they take pride in doing quality work. What really stood out to me was Greg’s honesty. When my neighbour asked him to take a quick look at his roof, Greg actually went up to assess it before telling him he still had about ten years left before needing a replacement. He could’ve easily said otherwise, but he was completely upfront and ethical. That kind of integrity is rare these days and it speaks volumes about his character. It’s not easy finding someone you can trust for big home projects, but I’d recommend Greg and his team in a heartbeat.

Office Manager, Tenisha orchestrated the Job! She sent me email communications with attachments of photos of the Roof and the detailed roof project. I was given opportunity to set the roofing date that worked best for me. Roofing day, I met the skilled roofers: David, Gumero and Joaquin respectful and worked efficiently together. I am grateful to Dillion, the metal fitting specialist who secured the base of my old chimney and repaired the bathroom stack. I’ve contacted this company multiple times with no results. Recently, after a window leak, Mike inspected the issue, took photos, and promised to send someone the next day. No one showed up, and after days of follow-up, I was either ignored or told they were too busy. I had to hire another company to fix the damage. I received a random text message days after the issue was fixed for a time for someone to come. Mike also promised to send roof photos from work done with the previous owner, but despite several requests, I never received them. If he can’t send them, he can state that instead of giving me the runaround. When another window leaked, I reached out again for the photos and a roof inspection. Mike assured me someone would be sent, but once again days later , no follow-up. Messages are ignored. All communication with Mike has been frustrating, as he fails to follow through on his commitments, leaving you scrambling for alternatives at the last minute. Fortunately, there are other reliable companies in the city—save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

Started by assisting with the wind damage claim with insurance company. Once we decided to go ahead the shingles arrived the next day and the crew the following day. Very professional from stripping roof to shingle install to quality control and cleanup.
