They replaced our roof around 5-6 years ago. We had wind damage on our garage where shingles were gone so we wanted someone to come check the rest of the roof and repair it. They called and set an appointment, did not show. I called and left a message to reschedule, they didn't call back. I then texted the person who was supposed to come, no response. Then I sent an email on their website...no response.
I would skip this company and hire someone else. We certainly will not work with them again.

Hanging with no support, left a mess in my yard, horrible experience would never hire them again. I got charged for flashing around the chimneys, and it was never done. But it got paid for I think I need to get that money back from them. If they are a true 5 star company.

We had damage to our siding from a hailstorm, and the insurance company wouldn't cover a lot of the damage. But when we got with Stone Creek roofing, they sent Paul to examine the damage and he worked with the insurance company to get the proper coverage to fix the damage. Paul was our Project Manager throughout the process and did an outstanding job insuring that everything was done properly. If we even need roofing or siding again, we will definitely use Stone Creek Roofing again as long as Paul is there.

Jonathan's crew did amazing work from their arrival at 6:30am to departure, after cleanup, at 8:30pm. Kami was an amazing liaison between myself and the crew and her reassurance throughout the day regarding the progress was invaluable. While other neighbors have been waiting and waiting for their roof repairs to happen from other contractors, Paul A. at Stone Creek Roofing kept our project moving along, was highly communicative regarding any supply chain issues and basically, I didn't have to worry about the job getting done.
