They were responsive, professional, and very thorough in explaining what was causing the problem and what needed to be done to prevent further damage. They provided a clear inspection report, walked us through the situation with photos and a video, and implemented temporary preventive measures to limit further water infiltration. You can tell they care about doing things properly and helping homeowners understand what’s going on, rather than just rushing through a job. Even though this was a stressful situation for us, their professionalism and communication gave us peace of mind. I would definitely recommend Toiture Kolossus for inspections, diagnostics, and emergency mitigation work related to roofing and water infiltration issues.
