Francisco's Roofing Inc.

Francisco and his crew did a tremendous job replacing the 30-year-old roofs on the three structures on our property. The entire project was completed in a timely manner, just before the heavy November rains arrived—and everything held up perfectly through the storms. From the initial estimate to the tear-down and final installation, the entire process went smoothly. It was truly a fantastic experience. Francisco even made a small modification so we could preserve a 100-year-old avocado tree that my grandparents planted, which meant a lot to our family. They also replaced a skylight and a solar tube light, correcting some installation issues from the previous installer (which, admittedly, was me!). I really enjoyed working with the crew. Everyone on the team was friendly, professional, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. Overall, a great job. I would highly recommend Francisco and his team!

My expectations were blown away by the professionalism, quality, punctuality and overall experience. I've never had a better experience with such a great contractor. Fair prices and exceptional service. Trust Francisco's Roofing with your next roof, you will not regret it!!

Highly recommended! Excellent work, done with efficiency and professionalism - at a competitive and fair price. Francisco did an above and beyond job of communicating clearly with us throughout the process. His crew was on time, worked quickly and were always respectful of our neighbors and the property. If you need roofing work, this is your company.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Francisco and his team. Francisco walked us through the whole process of our new roof, something I wasn’t sure how to navigate. He was communicative, friendly, and professional. I appreciated the communication - he kept us up to date and ensured we agreed with any of the changes that had to be made. Highly recommend Francisco’s Roofing!

I woke up to the sound of rain last night and was immediately filled with a sense of security. Over the summer, I had a new roof installed by Francisco’s roofing. The whole process was so smooth from start to finish. I was a bit nervous about replacing the roof and I got several bids. Francisco’s estimate was clear and concise, easy to understand and very fairly priced. There was no pressure, just all of the info I needed and the process was quick and easy. Communication was great. They were quick to respond and answer any questions I had. They got the job done and left my property cleaner than it was when they started. Everyone was friendly and respectful. I would highly recommend them to others. I was recently talking to a friend who said he’d had his roof done and I mentioned that I’d used Francisco’ Roofing and had a great experience and it turns out that he used them as well and was also super pleased with the job they did. I can’t wait to enjoy the rain this winter! A big thank you to Fransisco’s roofing and their whole crew.
