Not only did Ralph meet my expectations, but he has exceeded them! When there’s an issue with the roof, he will explain it to me in detail, in addition he will FaceTime so I could see it myself or send pictures and if there isn’t an issue, he will also let me know - And that’s where his honesty and integrity comes in! The installation crew did a great job of installing my roof and cleaning up after themselves. The GAF shingles completely changed/upgraded the look of my home.
