Well, I did it. I answered my front door for a roofing guy who spotted wind and hail damage. He was kind, soft spoken, and confident; so I proceeded to the next step.Jeff from Bluegrass Brothers helped during the whole process, including meeting with the State Farm’s adjuster who thoroughly investigated my claim and determined that a replacement roof was warranted.Thank you State Farm for your honest and swift response and processing of my claim for a new roof, gutters and repairs for some inside water damage - I hadn’t realized originally that it was from the roof damage. .Thank you to Bluegrass Brothers, Jeff and Greg, were experienced, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful with every step of the process; from meeting with the adjuster, showing me many shingle options (and being patient with my painstaking color comparisons, and carefully managed the team until the job was completed. To my surprise, he wouldn’t even charge us for the repair.
