We had a new roof installed by Anchor during a warm spell in December. Project Manager Wil Dresser was very professional and responsive to all my questions, and their quote was the lowest of the 3 we got. We met Wil a few years earlier when we had Anchor replace our roof penetration seals. He impressed us with his knowledge and the great job they did then, and with no attempt to up-sell whatsoever. We knew then that we would ask Anchor to bid when it was time for a new roof. After selecting Anchor for this job, we were prepared to wait for warmer weather in the spring but a week of 50 degree days in December provided an early window for our project. Anchor assigned an extra large crew of 9 that started by 7:00 on a Thursday morning and was completely finished by 1:30. The Fort Collins Roof Inspector dropped by a few days later and after his check he gave me a green "Passed" tag and told me "Anchor always does a great job". In addition, Wil completed the insurance company's paperwork and submitted it to verify the upgrade to hail-resistant Class 4 shingles, and we have already received a sizable premium return check to reflect the new lower cost of our homeowner's policy. Lowest price, great service and great job - thanks Anchor!

After our business had severe hail damage to our roof, Anchor Roofing handled a full roof replacement and made the entire process stress-free. They dealt beautifully with the insurance company during a very difficult time. And provided them a comprehensive report of our needs. They were knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to explain the damage and what needed to be done. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the full replacement as promised. The quality of the workmanship is excellent, and the new roof looks great. They also did a thorough cleanup afterward, which we really appreciated. If you're dealing with hail damage and need a full roof replacement, Anchor Roofing is a company you can trust.

Our insurance agent recommended Anchor Roofing and we are so pleased with their work from start to finish.

Weston Finch came out to do an estimate within a day of contacting their business. He was knowledgeable and personable. We greatly appreciated the updates from Weston throughout the process. He worked directly with our insurance company to ensure we got a full roof replacement and class 4 shingles. The time from estimate to completion was less than a month due to Weston’s diligence.

The hard-working crew that came out to replace our roof was professional and completed the job in one day. They were mindful of leaving a clean space in front of our door so we could take our dogs outside for potty breaks. Our landscaping was covered during the work and everything was perfectly cleaned after they were done. Weston did a final walk through after completion and shared pictures of the roof. Everything turned out perfectly. We have recommended Weston and Anchor Roofing to all our neighbors.

From the moment we met with him we knew he had our best interest and he showed great commitment to listening to and answering all of our questions. He confidently met with our insurance adjuster and throughly walked not only the roof but our entire property. We were very appreciative of Weston’s driving force in assisting us with getting our home back to 100% not only from insuring we had a great Class IV roof, but he also had our drip edges match our home trim, gutters were installed with extenders and he was quintessential in connecting us with a phenomenal painter to round out our hail storm repair needs.
