Great Communicator! Johnny was totally professional and timely. He communicated extremely well on the quote, timing of the job, materials, you name it. He came by to talk prior to starting and ensure he knew any of our concerns and things to be careful of. On the day of, his crew was timely, fast and thorough. All new vents to color match and the ones that stayed for larger appliances they painted to match. A one day job and amazing look. Johnny secured the permits and the inspector so the only person we dealt with was him. End result, new roof and otherwise it looked like they had never been there, our fresh bloomed tulips were untouched and the yard and driveway were spotless. Great work Johnny! Keep it up!

Belmarez Roofing is honest & fair with a highly skilled crew that pays attention to details! I was impressed. In addition to the limited buckling shingle repair, the crew inspected and chalked exposed nail heads away from the repair site from the original installation. We recently had our roof done by Johnny Belmarez, and he was great to work with.
He was very kind and patient with us as we contemplated the many choices that go with getting your roof redone, and made the whole process easier and stress-free; Thankfully. He made great suggestions, and explained things so we were better informed, and able to make the best choices for our family and our home.
He also worked very well with the company we needed to hire for our solar panels, and coordinated times so that both jobs were completed in a timely manner.
When we had complications arise, Johnny took the time to explain the situation to us, and once we worked out the details his crew worked right through the issues to correct and complete the job right on schedule.
Overall, it was very refreshing to find good honest reliable people at Belmarez Roofing. We were blessed to have someone refer us to Johnny, and I am happy to recommend him and his crew and say they did a great job.
