Mark with Gold roofing was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough about his excellent customer service/care. He helped me through my horrible experience with my insurance after a hail storm. Being a retired/ single woman, he looked after my well-being like a family member. The crew was also simply amazing. Excellent work. Timely, polite, and FAST AND SUPER CLEAN. It was truly a seamless process from beginning to end, and we couldn’t be happier with the quality products and care we received. Tatum and McCall helped get the estimate arranged and they were also in communication via email and phone anytime we had a question.
Then Mark came out the next day to inspect the roof on both home and shed. He was able to give us different estimates as he worked within our budget. He spent countless hours educating us about various materials, the process of installing a new roof from start to finish, and what exactly to expect. Mark was in constant contact with us throughout the entire process, and was on site as well. He is truly a leader in the industry, and all work was completed as promised!
Jason went above and beyond to schedule the shingle drop off, the roof install, the inspection and follow up. He was very professional, knowledgeable and he made sure we were taken care of.
Jesus and his crew spent the day re-roofing. Jesus took extra care making sure not to damage our newly paved driveway, and he and his crew were Extremely respectful and helpful! They covered our flowerbeds, driveways, and the perimeter so nothing would get damaged.
Kane came out upon completion and did another very thorough magnet sweep of the property. He made sure no nails were left behind, and he took extra time in the dog run. Kane educated me further about what to inspect with the final inspection.

I’m the property manager (and occupant) of a 15 unit condo complex in Estes Park. For years we’ve had trouble finding reliable people for roof repair work. We found Gold Roofing and they were very responsive when we needed roof repairs. Then we experienced a severe hailstorm making roof replacement necessary. Gold Roofing completed the project and we cannot be more pleased with their work. Their crews are very efficient, polite and did a great job on the roofing and were great about cleaning up after themselves. Our contact at Gold was Tanner and it was such a pleasure to work with someone that actually cares about the customer. Tanner was always available to answer questions and help us in dealing with our insurance claim.

My experience with Gold Roofing was stellar and I don't say that very often about companies. Lane was fantastic to work with and very responsive. The installers were very thorough and expedient. Gold Roofing went above and beyond to assist us. Overall, it made for a very pleasant experience. They were easy to work with and very understanding when we got evacuated due to Cameron peak fire. I would highly recommend this company, Lane, and the installers.

Gold Roofing did an exceptional job on our re-roof. We were hit with a nasty hail storm in July 2019 and Gold was one of the first companies to reach out to our neighborhood.

I was familiar with the quality of Gold's services and was glad I chose them.

Throughout the entire process, Gold was awesome to work with. Mark went over our options and made sure that our new roof was up to code before we signed any paperwork. Most notable, I learned that Loveland city ordinance requires shingles to withstand at least 100-mph wind speeds. I had no idea! I'm glad Mark went through the extra steps of going over this with our insurance company. At first, our insurance company wanted to put on standard 3-tab shingles, which are only rated for 60 mph. Obviously, this would have put us in a bind, should our roof need to be replaced several years from now.

On the day of the installation, Gold Roofing was on-time at 8:00 am and was able to remove and apply the new roof that same day. Call me a bit of a neat-freak, but ensuring nails or shingle bits weren't left littering my property is a big deal—Gold made sure they cleaned up after themselves flawlessly. The crew also did a fantastic job of working around some chimney issues we had as well as a detached shed.
