We had an excellent experience with Kincaid Roofing (Kris). After researching many roof contractors, we selected Kincaid to install our stone-coated steel roof (in black). The workmanship is outstanding, and the finished result looks fantastic and is flat out beautiful! What truly set them apart was going above and beyond by meeting with the insurance adjuster to be sure damage was not overlooked, which made everything far less stressful. Professional, communicative, and reliable from start to finish — we highly recommend and trust Kincaid Roofing.

Kris was quick about coming personally to our house to look at our roof. He sent us his best guy to work with us. Any time that I have a question or need something, I would call Racheal. I started using Kincaid Roofing almost a decade ago. Not only do they install a superior roof, they also have top-notch customer service. My roof has been replaced twice by Kincaid (most recently last fall), and both times, the roof is perfect and quickly installed, the team is easy to work with and cleans up thoroughly each day, and Kris is the best communicator. He is quick to reply and always kind and courteous. My grandmother recommended them before I moved into this house as she used them for years and loved them. I'm so glad I listened to her! She passed away almost a week ago, so I'm leaving this review for both of us! Thank you Kris and team!
