Zane and Joanne are the absolute best. Zane met our adjuster at the house and explained his estimate, answered any question the adjuster had. After the Insurance sent us their reports Joanne reviewed, explained some of the areas we did not quite understand, and even sent in revisions and further information the insurance requested. The final job was completed timely, professionally and the crew was very efficient and very methodical when cleaning the yard. Zanes follow up was within a couple days. LFR assisted us with getting the garage door replaced as well. We are very pleased with our new roof. 5 star work
Zane and Joanne are THE BEST! We are first time home owners and we were only in our home 9 months before we had to file a claim. We knew nothing about this process but Joanne spent hours talking me through it all step by step. She explained everything that was on our claim and what it meant. The quality of work is amazing! We had a little hiccup with the roof section where our pergola is attached and Zane took time out of his busy day to come and brainstorm ways to get the new shingles under the pergola beams. They did it magically and it was perfect! I really appreciate them and they are now our go to roofing company for any future need!
