I contacted Levi after having contractors from a major city 300miles east of here try and fast talk me. I’ve had a couple of bad experiences with other roofers in years past. I wanted a contractor to handle the entire job.My house and car sustained significant damage from baseball size hail and 100mph plus wind.My car was totaled.Levi came over and from the start he conducted himself as the professional that he is. He took a look at the damage and wrote me an estimate on the spot. I had double pain windows busted out, a roof only two years old totalled, the chimney siding completely busted, the faux stucco, and all of the fascia.Since the entire area had sustained damage I knew it would take a little while. West Texas Commercial Roofing was able to get to my roof rather quickly all things considered, and soon after the rest of the repair were completed.They didn’t cut any corners.They installed a better shingle than the house was built with, better windows, custom made fascia on the job site and new siding.I couldn’t be happier with the quality of work and craftsmanship. Today, West Texas Commercial Roofing did an outstanding job replacing my 19 year old roof.Levi was very professional and answered all of my questions. He gave me such a reasonable estimate that I didn't even get another one. After the estimate, he had one of his workers cover the leaks until he could get his workers here to replace it. He also found the right color shingles that I had requested. The roofers were here around 7:30 am and finished between 12:30-1 pm. They covered all my plants and breakables & did such an excellent job of cleaning up their mess that you couldn't even tell that they had been here.I recommend West Texas Commercial Roofing for all your roofing needs.Thank you, Levi, for all your help. Absolutely outstanding. Levi inspected and inspected with the insurance adjuster. Everything went smoothly. The crew were courteous and thorough. Some decking needed repair and the work they did was excellent. Shortly after the roof was installed we experienced significant wind and rain. No leaks. My experience started in May 2024 with the so called non Tornado. My feeling is simple looks like a duck walks like a duck etc…. Well I’m a rookie when it comes to West Texas weather. I never expected the damage. Lucky for me Mr. Levi Bond knocked on my door offering to cover my broken skylights. He never asked for a commitment or money. Coming from California I had my suspicions but I couldn’t have been proven more wrong. Levi made Up grading to a metal roof pretty painless . He provided all necessary info to make my decision. Because of my prior career I question everything. Levi answered every question without excuse. I would recommend this company to anyone and you would be lucky to get Levi as a representative .
