I reached out to Paramount to get an estimate on a roof and found out they could also do my siding, windows/doors, and gutters. The idea of having a single contact person (James) for everything was very appealing. James was incredibly responsive and spoke intelligently about all aspects of the exterior remodel. He came out and took all measurements and sat down with my wife and I to over material and color options. What was nice was that he would give us a few opinions along the way using his years of experience as a guide. Once we decided on materials and colors, the scheduling process was a breeze. Material was ordered and timelines were set. James did a great job keeping us posted on delivery dates along the way. The crews for the jobs showed up on time and worked diligently until the job was done. They were respectful of the property and kept the work site safe and clean. Our house is 33 years old and this is the first remodel so as you can imagine, some issues were uncovered as the old siding was removed. Those issues were handled quickly and at a fair price. New framing and sheeting had to take place in an area that had some water damage due to poor work being done by the original home builder. James' team attacked this problem without skipping a beat and put us at ease very quickly. James was on site multiple times during the project and was always available. Going through an entire exterior remodel is a stressful process but it could not have gone any smoother thanks to James and Paramount Crew. The project was completed late last week and we love everything about it. If you are looking to have work done, save yourself the research and go with Paramount. I can be very picky about some things and Paramount knocked it out of the park.

I had set up an estimate with Juston from Paramount roofing on May 29 2025. I told him I wasn't going to be home at 10:00 am and he said that was okay and he would do the estimate for both roofs and gutters and keep it all separate for me. He shows up and 10:00 am and then calls me to say we missed each other. I called him back to tell him our arraignment and then he remembered and apologized. He said he would swing back by and do the estimate. He never came back and I have cameras so I know this. I then send a follow up e-mail to Juston asking how it went and I didn't hear back from him. I live in Madison near Paramount and was excited to find a local company. Very poor customer service on his part. I will use another company for my insurance claim and I won't be using Paramount Roofing

I had roof damage to a hail storm back in 2012. The team from Paramount roofing did a great job through the hole whole process of getting it fixed. This year in 2025 I had an issue with my insurance company with materials not from any fault of Paramount but of the shingle material not being good enough in the eyes of the insurance company. James from Paramount worked with me to help resolve the issue of all these years later. Excellent customer service!

My wife and I can't say enough good things about our experience with Paramount, especially James! Due to circumstances on our end, James and Paramount have been by our side for the last 15+ months as we navigated our issues. We contracted to have a total house, 2-car garage and 4-car garage makeover: - Removal of old metal roof and installation of new Standing Seam Roof, with snow breaks. - Removal of old siding and installation of LP Smartside Board & Batten. - Removal of old skylights and installation of new Velux venting skylights. - New 6" gutters with gutter guards. - New soffit and fascia. James responded to every question we had, provided timely updates AND pointed out issues that we had no idea were present that his crew easily could have overlooked and hidden and we wouldn't have been the wiser. The attention to detail was impeccable. Every seam lined up, all the battens are straight, every nail head has been touched up with appropriate color. As with the entire job, not only did James ensure cleanup was done properly, he pitched in and got his hands dirty! We are extremely thrilled with the finished product and have the look and feel of a brand new home! We would highly recommend James and Paramount for any roofing and siding job!
