We’ve used Classic Roof and Gutters twice for roof replacements in different houses. Both times we received courteous and efficient service at a reasonable price. Also, they stand behind their work and will address any issues. Happy with both final products and appreciate the attention to detail with final clean up.
Richard Hicks, of Classic Roofing and Gutters along with Jorge Gomez and his crew provided above excellent roofing services. Beginning with my first call regarding a insurance roof inspection needed. Richard was able to have Jorge, come out the same day of my call. Upon inspecting the roof, it was determined the roof was in good condition. However the insurance company wasn't in agreement. So after consulting with Richard, (who originally installed the roof 15 yrs ago,) we decided to upgrade to a new roof. Jorge and his crew arrived on time, very professional, knowledgeable, skillful and most importantly excellent customer care. They installed a beautiful, customized, eye catching professional roof! On both the house and detached garage! Afterwards, the crew cleaned, inspected gutters, refreshed the yard areas and actually said "thank you!" I have used Classic Roofing for my roof replacement many years ago. I have used them for both a roof inspection and for minor roofing repairs. Classic Roofing is outstanding. I have always valued their professionalism and the quality of their work. I highly recommend them! I cannot say this enough.
Richard and his crew have been wonderful!! They just installed a new roof on my mother-in-law’s house. They are a very professional team. They came when they said they would, picked up afterwards, and did a great job! Also, I can attest to the excellent quality they do, as Richard and his crew installed the roof on my primary residence in October 2016 (which was 8 years ago now), and my roof has been great! Also, in 2016 his crew installed a new roof on my parent’s house as well, and did another great job. Whenever anyone needs a roof (or gutter) work done, I will definitely be recommending Richard and his crew!
I have been a loyal customer of Classic Roofing since early 2007 and I will never use anyone else. Here's why: we had put an offer on a house that we absolutely loved, only to find out during inspection that what we thought was a pretty cool cedar roof was crumbling to dust and needed to be completely replaced with asphalt shingles. We didn't want to lose the house over it but knew it would be huge project. And it was - it needed to be taken down to the studs. We got multiple bids, and some companies even said the project was too difficult to undertake. Not Classic Roofing -- I was incredibly impressed by the value and professionalism Richard Hicks and his company offered. They did an incredible job -- it is now 2022 and the roof still looks pretty much brand new. Our house sits low down a hill so the roof is quite visible from the street -- it's important that it looks good. Over the years they've helped us with myriad projects to seal up our chimney, install a new cap, fix some damage and rotting fascia, etc., and every time they've come out right away and done incredible work for a fair price. Jorge does a lot of the work, he has worked with Richard for years and he's a great guy. I always enjoy seeing him. Can't recommend them highly enough -- they're the best.
