Jacky and team were quick to respond to a loose panel that fell from our roof causing an immediate safety hazard. He understood the problem and fixed it within 24 hours and was quick to reply and action. This all happened on a Sunday btw and to my surprise Jacky was there within an hour. They replaced the metal plate at a very reasonable price, and their workmanship was solid and professional. The crew cleaned up thoroughly—there wasn’t a single nail left behind—and they provided photos once the job was finished. The owner, Jacky, was friendly and easy to work with.
