I am very happy with the results of our new roof!! Shout out to Felix from the start with the appointment for the quote, Juan during the process of inspection of our old roof and explaining everything, giving us the quote and taking the time for us to understand the process, and Alex the PM, he made everything go smoothly, communicated with us to let us know how everything went. And last but not least, all the hardworking men that did the labor, they worked incredibly fast and effective. They replaced our roof in one day and half. WOW!They do excel in customer service and workmanship. We are very pleased that we choose XYZ for the job. They did amazing overall.Thank you guys! ????PS. It is early days because the installation of our new roof was just completed, but so far our whole experience working with XYZ Roofing was smooth and easy. Our Owen’s Corning shingle roof was completed today and looks good. The whole project—from the initial inspection of the old roof, to discuss reroofing options, to removing the old roof to the rafters and installing a completely new roof in two days, to having all the old roofing debris promptly cleared away—was well done. We especially enjoyed working with Mark, the roof inspector who was very friendly, competent and attentive. He provided regular updates and photos of the project process and progress, which we appreciated.
Everyone at XYZ did an excellent job. Rain or shine they kept working. Mark gave us pictures and updates everyday till all is finished. We made the right decision of getting XYZ to replace our roof. Well recommended.
XYZ did an amazing job. From Mark with the initial inspection and putting everything together for us, from start to finish, to Gary overseeing things, and Bustos doing anything and everything asked and then some to make sure we were happy with the final product, this company has some amazing people working for them and they all do amazing work. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone looking to have quality work done at a fair price, with an unheard of guarantee. They are literally the standard by which every other company should be judged against.
Did an excellent job with everything. From the moment I called to make an appointment for Stacy had great customer service skills. Then The estimate that Mr Tony gave great ,explanation of the work, the installation and clean up after all the work was done. The roofers were very courteous y muy alegres ( I could here their music ?? jams) . They Completed work in a timely matter (quicker than I expected). XYZ had the best price in the valley after getting 5 estimates. I highly recommend this company after getting water through my metal roof ( will not mention the company because of such terrible service) I decided to go back to asphalt shingles. Totally professional from start to finish.
