Rafael came by to do a roof inspection. He found some loose and cracked tiles but was honest with me and said that I did not need a roof replacement. I appreciated the honesty since I’ve heard about roofing companies lying or even damaging your roof just to get you to hire them to replace it. Rafael was very professional and friendly and went above and beyond in listening to my concerns and offering suggestions. For a roof inspection, it was a wonderful experience
Shannon and Robbie came by and gave me an assessment on our tile roof which was almost 40 years old. They were both very knowledgeable and easy to work with. Based on the findings, we decided to have our roof replaced which consisted of the replacement of underlayment, battings, broken/cracked tiles, color matching concrete on joints, and the installation of birdstop/eave closure and drip edge. They were able to get it completed in 1 day with a large crew. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them. Customer Service and communication was provided by Mayra who was also very friendly and easy to work with.
Shannon is amazing! My husband and I loved him. He was timely and did an extremely thorough inspection. He was extremely knowledge. He even gifted my husband ( a shoe fanatic! ) a brand new pair of Nike Vomeros. Not only did he give us an amazing price as well he was extremely easy to work with. Highly recommend Shannon who came as a recommendation from our neighbor.
Highly recommend A1 roofing. Quality and professionalism from Shannon the sales person to the crew that showed up to work. Shannon isnt going to feed you a bunch of BS to get the sale. Just honest and friendly with a big smile. Financing was easy and price was fair. They replaced my entire patio roof including the wood plus underlayment on rest of the home. It took them right at 2.5 days start to finish. Will recommend to friends and my family.
