I initially met with several roofers to get quotes for repairing or replacing our roof and had extremely poor experiences. One roofer told me the entire roof needed to be replaced but then only sent a quote to fix it. When I asked for the replacement quote he had promised, he became rude, said he didn’t have time to do what he had told me he was going to do, insisted the repair quote would “have to suffice” and then stopped responding altogether (avoid Phoenix Roofing and Repair). Another roofer claimed that correcting an improperly pitched section would require rebuilding the framing, which would be extremely expensive.

Then a family member referred me to Levi at Titan Roofing, and the difference was night and day. He came out within 30 minutes of my call, provided quotes that were lower than any others we received, and explained that the pitch issue could be fixed with a specialized foam - far cheaper and without rebuilding the framing. He was incredibly friendly and accommodating. When I asked about shingle color options, I expected photos or a link, but instead he came by the next day with physical samples so we could see them in person. Even when we decided we wanted to add solar tubes just a week before the scheduled replacement (and during New Year’s week when many people were out of the office for the holidays) he made it happen despite the last minute request. These are only a few examples out of many. His customer service was exceptional at every step.

When it came time to replace the roof, weather caused a delay, but they were able to get us rescheduled just three days later. They brought a large crew, and the job was completed quickly and smoothly. What really stood out was their honesty: during the final inspection, Levi noted that one section still wasn’t pitched quite right and had his team come back to redo it. We wouldn’t have known otherwise, and that level of integrity and commitment to quality meant a lot.

I will absolutely be recommending Levi and Titan Roofing to everyone I know. If you’re looking for a roofer who is honest, responsive, and genuinely cares about their work, Titan Roofing will take great care of you.
