Unfortunately, the entire experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Communication throughout the process has been awful, promises were repeatedly made and not fulfilled, and commitments were ignored.They got the permit from the city in about a month (Aug, 2025), in my opinion, because they did not follow the appropriate steps to submit it.After multiples attempts to get the project moved, they started the job on November, 2025. It included the removal of multiple skylights, which was done with no dust containment measures. Construction dust spread throughout our entire home, requiring extensive cleaning with no accountability.Seven months later, the roofing project is still unfinished. The city permit is about to expire and no inspections were performed to ensure the work met code compliance, which raises serious concerns about safety and quality.Replacing a roof is a significant investment. Homeowners should expect professionalism, accountability, timely completion, and code-compliant work. Sadly, this company failed in all of these areas, and our experience has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable.
