I contacted Chappell for a roof inspection. A previous company wanted to change my whole roof. Chappell roof was honest with me and recommended repairs, they did the work the following day, estimated my roof still had 3-5 years of life and I spent a fraction of what I thought. Wow! Best service experience ever. I called to set a time to look at my roof, and the Project Manager said he would be there within minutes, which he was. He fixed the issues in a timely and professional manner. Plus, he was just a delightful and humorous fellow, which set me at ease. When I have any kind of roofing issues or needs, I will be calling Chappell without hesitation. In the meantime, I will be passing along my experience to others.
