We had our roof done by Ryan Roofing in August, there were some complications in the beginning with materials arriving late,quotes, etc.But the Owner Charles did everything to make the complications right and correct them.We have found him to be a man of integrity and who worked with us thru many complications, thru missing materials, thru issues with insurance adjusters,billing etc. Orginally we were upset with the whole process when materials didn't arrive on time and repairs were delayed,Charles the owner went personally to our home and apologized and gave us a $300 gift card as an additional apology.We are first time home buyers and dealing with insurance wasn't pleasant. The quality of the roof is great,they did a final inspection and even went and looked thru the attic and re shifted water heater vent that had moved a bit after repairs. Overall the quality of work on the roof was exceptional.Thank you, Charles for your understanding throughout this whole stressful process.
We had an overall seamless experience using Ryan Roofing to assist in our roof replacement after the most recent hail storm. Boyd was very helpful and easy to get in touch with and the crew worked hard and were efficient throughout the replacement. Boyd was receptive to my concern of the Christmas lights possibly being installed in October as we aren’t given an exact date for install. He requested a rush on materials and we were set up to start a few weeks earlier than anticipated. Aside from stray nails etc that are to be expected, everything was cleaned up well. I would recommend Ryan Roofing to others and would work with them again in the future.

Excellent work, excellent communication, and accommodating to our specific roofing needs. We were very happy working with Charles, who was responsive to any questions and small challenges we had. Charles did not overpromise and was transparent about the process and the agreement, clarifying anything as needed. Sabrina in the office was helpful as well, as she and Charles successfully handled the long and taxing insurance process. The crew was efficient, with great results. We received compliments from some neighbors on how good our roof looks :) Hopefully no need to get another roof replacement any time soon (zero issues during the last couple of hail storms!), but we would definitely use Ryan Roofing again.
Aubrey Ryan (Charles, Mark, Juan, and Matt) spent a lot of time inspecting our roof, with two adjuster to verify its needing of replacement. They also worked to reside our house with original cedar shakes too! The work was started when promised, was professional, and steady. When done with the roof, they commenced on the siding work! We are very pleased!!!
