If I could give Affan and his team 10 stars I would! His assessment of my roof issues were very thorough and honest, and he provided detailed videos to confirm for me what actually needed to be repaired. Affran saved me from other unscrupulous contractors that tried to convince me to spend thousands of dollars for problems that did not exist, or from those that completely missed the actual problems! The Roof Medic's prices are very fair, the team was wonderful, and the work was done quickly and with no mess left behind. I was also given detailed videos of the actual repairs so that I have piece of mind that everything was done well. A fantastic all around experience - would highly recommend!

I do not have the words to explain how amazing Affan and his team are. Exceptional work, attention to detail, fantastic communication, friendly crew, honest...just not a single bad thing to say! The whole process was stress free from start to finish. My neighbour's had their roof done by a different company, and it was a team of 4 that took 3 days to complete. “Problem identified is problem half solved” that’s what exactly Affan did. Foundation wall and some bricks were damaged. Affan was super professional to rule out other items that we were thinking would have caused this damage. Affan diagnosed the problem and suggested leaky downspout needs to be replaced. Easy fix - if not identified would have cost me damage to structural issues including foundation walls and footings. Affan was punctual and has always arrived on the committed time. I would always use Affan for any roof or eaves, Gutters or downspouts issues and highly recommend him. Thank you Roof Medic for your professionalism!

I'm extremally impressed with The Roof Medic roof repair. This guys really put in the hard work. There's actually no comparison to previous roof repair job I had done years ago. From the noise alone, they did half as much more work then previous guys by installing all new Pro 50 air vents, ice and water barrier and extra stuff that wasn't there before. I'm very satisfied with the job done by The Roof Medics and of course the color of the shingles I chose which was Pearl Gray. It really gave a roof a brighter look as you can see from the pictures. Affan brief me on everything with great detail and explained to me exactly what will be done. He seemed very knowledgeable about his work and answered all the question I had about the roof work. Another reason I chose to go with The Roof Medic was the quality of their shingles. Their ((BP mystique 42)) shingles include double line of adhesive at the back which keeps them well grounded against heavy winds. I definitely prefer to have double adhesive on my shingles specially at location that I am. Sometimes we get heavy winds since the house seats right below the hill and finds it's way out between my house and neighbors house. Again, over all the job is really well done no playing around there and they also did the work in perfect amount of time. The crew of 6 cleaned up after them self really well. All the old shingles and nails were removed from the property and everything actually looked the same when they left. I would definitely refer AFFAN and his THE ROOF MEDIC company to anyone who needs to get their roof done or repaired specially if your looking for good quality job which in many cases can be hard to find.
