Roof Repair PHD

I called Roof Repair PHD late Friday afternoon about a leak at one of my commercial properties, and the response was incredible. James, the owner, came out immediately without hesitation, quickly assessed the situation, and kept me informed every step of the way with clear communication. It’s rare to find companies this responsive and professional these days. Highly recommend.

James is one of the most up front honest roofing contractor I have ever came across. I needed him for a huge roof project and not only did he save me money from 5 other quotes I received he kept me in the loop of the project with daily photos and updates since I couldn’t be on site. If you have a roofing need, whether it’s a repair or complete rebuild he is his team are your guys.

Adjectives that come to mind with my husband and my experience working with James: skillful, reliable, commitment, workmanship, professionalism, honest, respectful, adaptable, thorough, friendly/personable. James has very reasonable pricing. We feel very blessed finding all these rare qualities/ethics in James.

I had a great experience with James! We were experiencing a leak on our flat roof. He came out quickly to assess, and it ultimately was not a roof issue at all. He was honest about that and explained how to fix the other issue that may be causing the leak. I’m very appreciative and will contact this company for work on the future. Updated July 2025: James and crew just brought new life to the shed on our property. It was in bad shape! The decking needed to be fully replaced due to rotting. They removed the shakes, which is not an easy job, replaced and painted the trim, and then thoroughly cleaned up afterwards. The result is beautiful. We’re so pleased by his hard work, honesty, kindness and quality of work- all at a fair price. Truly one-of-a-kind! He was communicative and responsive throughout the project. Thank you!
