Make sure you get a quality assessment from a 3de party unless you are climbing up on the roof your self. They nail your shingle with 2 nails instead of standard 5 nails and nailed off the desired location, roof was leaking just after a year, had twice wind damage and they don't honor their warranty. Really disappointed.

Yuriy and his crew did our roof a few years back, and we haven’t had any problems since, He is super knowledgeable, smart, honest and to the point. He did the entire roof in one day, as promised, cleaned up everything, and all with a smile on his face, stellar performance. We called him this year for another matter, completely unrelated, for an issue we had on our gutters. He show up the same day, assessed the problem, fixed the issue at NO charge, and gave us a few options for the long term. They recently replaced some of our missing shingles. They are very professional, rather than just pasting shingles they removed surrounding shingles and patch bigger area. Took pictures and did satisfactory work and very reasonable price. Call them if you need your roof fixed!!! Highly recommended!!!

Yuriy and Bozhena were great to work with. Having the owner with a great deal of experience on the job site leading the project gave me the confidence of a job well done. All parts of the job were explained. We needed a lot of plywood replaced as the roof structure was 60 years old and Yuriy only did what was required after showing me all of the details. His crew were efficient and completed a large roof in 3 days. Also, Yuriy’s quote was much more reasonable than the one I received from another large well known roofing company. The team provides an excellent very professional service. Very fast and reliable. Very easy and ready to communicate. Very flexible operational hours, which is very important in emergency situation. After a strong storm I found several shingles on my backyard and the roof required emergency repair. I called Yuri and he provided me with a very competitive quote, compared to other roofers. He managed to arrive very fast and repair the roof just before the new snow storm. He provided me with the before/after pictures of the roof and also took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions and explain all the problems with my house's roof, and list all economical options to replace the roof as a whole or partially.
