I just had Cameron from A&B out at my house for an estimate for what I thought was missing shingles on my ridge cap. He jumped up on the roof, came back down and explained to me that it was just a vented area and everything was good. He was very honest and personable. From the first time he set foot on our property, Andrew was great to work with. He helped us navigate the complex world of insurance claims and once that was complete, he had us schedule for the job within a couple of weeks. The crew that completed the job were friendly, courteous and did a great job of keeping everything cleaned up. Andrew also checked in during and after the project to make sure everything was going well. The new roof looks great, and we would definitely use A&B Roofing again.
We received some severe damage to our roof in a major summer storm, and the entire roof needed to be replaced. Once I made contact with A&B, Andrew came out and did an estimate in addition to the insurance company's estimate, and made a few adjustments and additions that our insurance adjuster had missed. A&B worked closely with both our insurance company, and us to make sure that we were kept abreast of the process and progress of our repair. We worked closely with Andrew on color choices, and he answered our questions quickly. The actual roof replacement took less than 2 days for our house. The first day the old roof was stripped and all the underlayment and prep work was done. The second day the shingles were installed and the job was finished up. The jobsite was meticulously cleaned up after both days of work. I would not hesitate to recommend A&B roofing, Andrew, Denise, and Cameron are all great to work with, and I'm happy to support a local business that has been, and will be here for years, and not just some "storm chaser" company blowing through town and installing substandard repairs.Thanks guys!!
