The roofing crew was amazing. My roof turned out to be a a lot more complex to deal with, with three layers of shingles to be removed and boards that were not spaced properly. They tore it all apart in one day and cleaned up after themselves beautifully before leaving. The next day they came back and installed the roof. Everything went well and the Inspector that came to check everything out and said they did a great job.It did take a while to get the gutters done since they were so backed up and shorthanded. But when they did get here, they were very accommodating and did a great job.
3.5 star review. I am happy with the finished product and it appears the work was done well. However the communication was practically nonexistent once they received my deposit.Cole in Missoula was great through the initial bid and quote. Checking in to see if I had any questions. I paid the deposit and told to expect an installation date in July.I received a call from Brad mid day Friday about my appointment on Monday which I knew nothing about. We discussed the rain in the forecast and I was told they would reschedule if rain was expected. They proceeded without any communication despite heavy rain. I had to reach out to find out what was going on and what to expect. I also wasn’t kept informed of any changes to the project timeline nor have I received any communication letting me know my project is complete or how it went.
Good experience, quality work, these guys did roofing, siding, and gutters and all turned out great. Jeff Garland was great to work with, communication was spot on, always felt he did his best dealing with my insurance. Would recommend and I will probably use them again.

The quality of the work was great and exactly as promised. The crew did a complete tear-off of the old roofing, installed the new roof, and hauled away all the old material. A team of six worked efficiently together and replaced our two-car garage roof in just one afternoon. The only area that could be improved is communication—letting customers know ahead of time before arriving would make the experience even better. Overall, we’re very happy with the results.
