What customers say
Customers praise informative sales support, prompt responses and clearly detailed work orders. One customer says the first roof replacement crew did poor work and that communication with the Mississippi installation team was difficult; after a complaint, a supervisor inspected the roof and a new crew put on a whole new roof within seven days. Another says a dumpster crew removed a shrub and hit a fence, and that promised tree work, fence repair and leftover-material removal never happened.

The ones that actually installed the roof was great, the project manager did nothing he said he would do. The dumpster guy took a shrub down and hit my fence. Chris said he would cut the tree and fix fence never happened. Also said he would move the left overs for me and of course never did. He did nothing he said he would do!

I have had roofing done before by small businesses, and this was quite an experience. The team arrived at 6:30 in the morning and finished the roof and a lot of the cleanup by 6 in afternoon. My roof was measured at almost 6000 sq ft. They finished cleanup next morning early. So much less hassle when roof can be done in a day. I have checked everywhere for nails and can’t find any. Last time I had lawnmower and vehicle flats for a while. Roof is beautifully done. Reasonable cost. I got 3 bids. Highly recommend

Salesman (Drake) was very informative and easy to work with. He ensured that we got a good price and assisted with the loan process. All questions or concerns were answered in full detail. Delivery of materials and installation was seamless and timely (special thanks to Chris and crew). Very pleased with the job done and the clean up. Both Drake and Chris provided excellent customer service and they were quick to respond to phone calls and text messages. Very pleased with service received!
