Deceitful business practices advertising a free complimentary roof inspection when in fact it's not free. I checked to make sure for my specific city on their site it was free as well and it was not when calling them but site says free. If your going to change policy and start charging them you should change website first so someone won't waste their time and give their information to a deceitful business.
Gabriel is a true professional, inspection completed. He seen the issue on my roof and will have Roof Doctor remediate prior work. Thank you. Timely service, very professional, Chris came out and performed the recommended service/patchwork. I only wish that the second story downspout had a different rain diverter. Highly recommended! This is the second time we've used Roof Doctors for two separate instances and couldn't be happier with the service we've had both times. Highly professional from the estimate inspection to the actual work done. Hopefully we won't have other unrelated issues in the future but that all depends on Mother Nature. If we do we know who to call.
