I am incredibly pleased with my metal roof replacement by Chucktown Roofing. Brian, Cayman and crew are true professionals, addressing my concerns with courtesy and patience. Communicating with me throughout and providing pictures of progress. They worked diligently throughout the weekend due to unexpected issues with old roof, (Frankenstein roof-s). The crew did an awesome cleanup. My new metal roof definitely adds curb appeal to my home. I highly recommend Chucktown Roofing as they are honest, reliable and deliver what they promise. You won’t be disappointed with their expertise, customer service and a quality metal roof.

Chucktown roofing rescued me from the horrors of dealing with a swarm of other companies wanting to do my repairs June 20,2024 hail storm that made my neighborhood look like a war zone hit with machine gun bullets. I was so lost and dissapointed by all these other roofing companies that did not know how to honestly work with home owners insurance companies.He got better photos of the damages to my home than the Progressive insurance adjuster did.SUDDENLY PROGRESSIVE LIKED WORKING WITH Chucktown Roofing Company.They have done an excellent job and Progressive stated what ever Richard says needing doing that they would cover the cost because he filed clear explanations of damages photos and honest cost of quality of repairs and why .So I now have a architectural roof,better than the builders, new siding exact style and color match, repair of my gutters and downspouts.,they also install gutters and downspouts and not just doing repairs on gutters and downspouts.Also repaired my windows and screens.. Progressive liked dealing with Chuck Town who could do all the repairs I needed without going to a dozen other contractors. .Excellent service and workmanship.And especially they know how to honestly work with a variety of Insurance companies and get the results needed ASAP.

He walked us through every aspect of the process and showed he cared about us not only being satisfied with the project and outcome but cared about our understanding of the processes and our concerns. He showed us any damages in photos and explained the repairs beginning to end. We highly recommend this family oriented caring roofing company. We had storm damage to our roof and Brian Surguy did a fantastic job throughout the process. He helped us work with our insurance company and ensured that we received high quality replacement materials.

The delivery and installation went great. The team that replaced our roof were extremely hard working and nice but most importantly did an excellent job. They even completely covered our pool in the backyard and made sure no debris got in. Clean up in the other areas was just as well done. What's more, the whole process took only two days!
