We had an amazing experience with Peaks Northwest. From the bid all the way to the final inspection, everyone was fantastic, and the finished product is better than I expected. We replaced the roof and skylights. From the first call and the bid process, Aaron was on time when he said he'd be here and very fast. He answered all my questions and listened to my concerns. Ashley was fantastic, she sounds like she's always smiling and maintained great communication throughout the entire process. Tyler, Joel, Junior and the whole crew were excellent. They are knowledgeable about their products and procedures, fast, efficient, courteous, and respectful.... Jason made sure the process was smoothe, efficient, and i was completely satisfied with the finished product. FIVE STARS 100% OF THE WAY start to finish!!! I will recommend Peaks Northwest to all my family and friends!

Edit: used Peaks NA Roofing for some storm damage on another roof. They are very meticulous and really good at what they do! Would give them more stars if possible.

Recommend 100%. Got estimates from three different local roofing companies (better to go with a local company who relies on their good reputation within the community, not those from down south and Seattle who knock on your door) and chose Peaks NW after talking to the respective owners and asking many questions. Aaron or Jason are always available with excellent communication about all aspects of the roofing process. They are not the cheapest company out there but it is well worth paying a little extra for the very professional work, excellent service, good communication and materials. Peaks NW is certified (few roofing companies have this type of relationship with a shingle company) with the Malarkey shingles, a company at the leading edge of shingle technology which offers an extended guarantee on their materials. There is a wide variety in the quality of manufactured shingles so you should check it out. I called Malarkey for information and talked to a very patient and informed real person! for half an hour! Roof looks very good and after the clean up it was as if the workers had never been there.

It was time to replace our 25 year old roof. Aaron, Jason and their awesome team delivered top notch service from beginning to end! These guys work their tails off, they built us a new roof in 1 DAY!! Every single detail was perfected and they went above and beyond ensuring this roof was going to withstand the test of time.
Also, each little nail or scrap was cleaned up as if they were never there.
