QXO is by far the most unreliable supplier company I’ve worked with. They constantly change schedules without notice, give false excuses, and have zero communication. My “first of the day” delivery was pushed to last, leaving my crew sitting around all day with no materials—costing me time and money. And this isn’t the only problem. On a separate job, they damaged several plants at a client’s home. Between the lies, delays, and carelessness, it’s clear this company cannot be trusted to handle deliveries professionally and Due to that Reason I moving my orders to ABC Supply.
I was told i would receive a call back from someone else who could help me make an order. I never got a call back that day.I called back again a few days later to make my order. That conversation went well. The product i ordered was to be delivered the next week on Thursday and i would pick it up that day. I gave them my name, business name, phone number and expected them to have my product ready for me. Upon pick-up, nobody knew what we were talking about or picking up. They finally tracked it down but i found it very unprofessional. It wasted almost an hour for me.
