Zachary was my main contact throughout the project—he was patient, really knew his stuff, and always kept me updated on how things were going. Now my house in Mountain View looks amazing, almost like it’s brand new! Every time I see it, I’m impressed with the transformation. The roofing team was hardworking, friendly, and respectful, and they made sure to clean up everything before they left. They really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right, and I’m extremely happy with the results. after a big storm damaged my roof, gutters, and garage door in mountain view, i had dale from the roofing team oversee the whole replacement project. dale worked directly with my homeowner's insurance and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. he kept me updated every step of the way and stayed on site to make sure everything went just right. the work was done quickly and the results look fantastic. i also had a chance to work with leonard when i wanted to extend my roof over the patio and add a screened-in area. leonard really went the extra mile to make sure the project turned out exactly how i wanted. the craftsmanship was top-notch, and it made a huge difference for enjoying the backyard, especially in the sunny california weather. based on my experience, i highly recommend this roofing company for anyone in mountain view. i was so happy with their work that i’ve already asked them for another quote to repair my staircase and the deck leading to the room above my garage. i’m confident they’ll do a great job once again!

We had a leak in our roof and reached out to a few roofing companies. Mountain Roofing Pro was the first to respond. Leonard came by, listened to our concerns, and quickly climbed up to inspect the roof. He found several holes in the siding and showed us clear photos of the problem spots. Leonard took the time to explain what was going on and gave us different options for repairs. He recommended that we start with a simple fix now and hold off on any bigger work until it was really needed. At first, I thought the price was a bit high, like most homeowners probably do, but Leonard explained the hidden problems that could get worse if we waited. That made sense, so we decided to go ahead with the repair. The very next day, Leonard returned and handled all the necessary repairs. He even pointed out some debris in the gutter and encouraged me to keep it clean, which was helpful advice for keeping the roof in good shape, especially with the sunny California weather. Leonard also took before and after pictures so we could see the difference. Overall, we were very happy with the work. The roof looks great and we feel confident about the repairs. leonard, the salesman from mountain roofing pro, sat down with me and clearly explained the whole process for getting my new roof put on. he was really helpful as i made my choices and kept in touch with me often, letting me know what was happening during the roof installation. another team member kept me updated by phone and email about the start date, when the shingles would be delivered, and when the dumpster for old roofing materials would arrive. she was always friendly and informative. the crew that installed my roof worked hard and did a great job. dale, the crew boss, made sure to answer any questions i had and was easy to talk to. overall, i'm very happy i chose mountain roofing pro to handle my new roof. everyone i dealt with was professional and knowledgeable, especially leonard, who really helped me make the best decisions for my home. we’re really happy with our new roof and the experience was smooth from start to finish.

They provided us with detailed estimates for different roofing materials, like shingles and metal, and even shared links to the manufacturers so we could look at all the options and colors ourselves. The office manager, Zachary, kept us updated every step of the way, letting us know when our project would start and where we were on their schedule. Even though there were a few weather delays because of some heavy rain, the crew always communicated clearly and started work as soon as the weather allowed. When the team arrived, they got right to work removing the old shingles. Leonard made sure to check in with us daily, answering any questions and making sure we understood everything happening with our roof and siding project. They even found and fixed a tricky leak in our sunroom that no one else could solve. The whole crew was polite, professional, and respectful.
