Apex roofing has been so personal and professional. When they did a roof inspection, they discovered a gas leak and stayed with me until I had called the correct companies to come and repair, I received a phone call from one of the owners to see if we were okay and if the gas leak was taken care of. Let me know that Apex Roofing was available if I decided to go with them. Never did a high pressure sale.Everything I was told is what was done.I’m a single older person and Apex Roofing made me feel like I was getting a fair price. John, Anthony, and their team were fantastic to work with. John made the insurance process easy to understand and handled everything professionally. The roof replacement was done efficiently with excellent quality. Even came in after it was completed and completely washed everything. I’m very pleased with the results and highly recommend them.
Late in the night I noticed a leak right over my husband's pillow in bed so I looked online for roofers and found Apex Roofing Group who had 5 stars. I called right then (thankfully they are 24 hours) and they scheduled me for an inspection the very next morning for free. Anthony was who came out and he was great, very professional, quick and nice. I love that they record the entire inspection for you so you can see everything for yourself and even get a second opinion if needed, all free of charge. They even take pictures throughout the entire process as well. Sadly it wasn't an easy fix and my roof needed to be completely replaced. Anthony got us on the schedule ASAP and had great communication the entire time. Even though it rained the night before our installation they came out because they didn't want our leak to go unfixed. We felt prioritized. They had a great crew come out early in the morning at 7am and they had finished the roof by 4:30pm (I was shocked at how quick they were) and they kept us updated throughout the process. They also kept the area very clean, there's not a single nail in my yard because they use a magnet to make sure everything is picked up. Our roof looks beautiful and we absolutely love it. Apex went above and beyond and we're really happy with their work. I recommend them to anyone who needs any roof work done no matter how big or small it is.
