The receptionist at this company is extremely rude. I would not consider doing business with the way this receptionist was speaking. SHe also hung up the phone on me while I was still talking. Horrible customer service and attitude.
Requested a quote in May and did not receive it or any follow up, needless to say we proceeded with a company that values customer service.
Erickson roofing was my choice because they stand behind their work, and products. I had a hidden gutter system so not only did the old cedar shakes have to come off but new sub roof and fibre glass shakes were installed as well. Then a second crew came to finish off the torch process. The company was sold and new owners took over.There was a few problems with the torch job, and the new owners stood by to fix the problem. There were lots of issues with water. Kudos to Greg and Yanick for not only sticking to their word, but being great people as well.I have heard horror stories of fly by night roofer and it is safe to say Erickson roofing is not one of them.these guys are very good. Thanks so much to Greg for his expertise, and wonderful sense of humor.Cheers.
Erickson completed a roof replacement last year which Yanick helped us with which went really well and was under budget (looks like I forgot to do a review). BUT this year, I had a question about it and they sent a really nice and knowledgeable tradesman named Dylan and he went above and beyond and found problems completely unrelated to the roof which really saves us a lot. A roof is a large investment with a risk of damage if not done well and I am very glad that we went with Erickson, and would recommend them to anyone else. Thank you Dylan!!!
Very happy with the recent work done by Erickson Roofing as we had been waiting for 9 months for another contractor to start the job. Yanick was aware of our situation and did everything possible to fit us in and complete the work in a timely manner. The work done by the roofing crew was excellent. They were efficient, worked with attention to detail, and did a great clean-up job. Right from the start I found Yanick to be professional and trustworthy. He answered all of our questions, was clear as to what needed to be done, and the job was completed exactly as he outlined. Based on my experience I would highly recommend Erickson Roofing.
