A neighbor who says they were not a customer reports that a roofing job at the adjacent home damaged a window and garden beds, snapped a lilac branch, flattened established hostas, left roofing debris, parked on the lawn and scraped siding and walkways without warning. They say the person in charge brushed off the garden damage by saying it would regrow in a couple of weeks; after the broken window was raised, the company did not acknowledge it until confronted, then said replacement would take two weeks and offered a cardboard box and duct tape in the meantime.
