We found it hard to find someone to do a relative small job - a master bath remodel which can cost anywhere from $20,000 to $50,000. Naperville Roofing (needs a name change) came out and provided a bid when I found it hard to get bids. They removed jacuzzi and archway, replaced all the tile and vanity countertop, new shower, did the painting. We also added a new vanity top in downstairs bathroom and new sink in 2nd floor powder room. My wife loves the new toilet they recommended. Joe (sadly moved to TN now) walked us through tile selections which we love. Jordan and the team was pretty easy to work with, quick replies on texts and contractors seemed to know what they were doing. Took a bit longer than we expected but we started with an extremely tight timeline and added work. We were very pleased with the finished product.
We were looking to add a bathroom to our basement. We met Naperville Roofing and Construction at a Home Show in Schaumburg and decided to hire them on for the job. They were fantastic. They were attentive to our needs, were kind and courteous and always left the job site cleaner than when they began. They handled all the interactions with the village and their attention to detail was fabulous. We are very happy with the results.

Jordan and Joe came in for the consultation and immediately had ideas of the possibilities more than what I had even imagined. They were very reasonable on working with our budget and finding ways to make sure it all fit in but also giving us the best result. Jason was our main guy and he was GREAT! He was so willing to help in any way needed. He was responsive, respectful and kind. He truly made it easier to go through this experience as it is a huge undertaking to give up a huge part of your living area for 6-8 weeks! There were a couple hiccups along the way, but they always made it right in the end which is what good customer experience is all about. I appreciate the efforts by all of them and will use them in the future for any large remodeling needs. Thank you!
