Review of Home Pros Roofing Contractors: July 15 2025Our house in Connecticut looks fabulous because of the superb work done by Anthony Marks and his technicians.The original roof on our house was cedar. It had to be replaced in 2015. We made a big mistake switching to stone coated steel, which changed the whole appearance of the house, and continuously leaked.We decided to start over and remove the steel roof and restore the house to cedar. This was a very big project that required a lot of attention to detail, plus a superior level of craftsmanship.After interviewing multiple different contractors, and looking at their work, we decided to use Home Pros.We could not be happier or more pleased. Anthony Marks is a true professional. He and his crew were very easy to work with and went above and beyond to make the project a success. With any construction project there will always be unexpected surprises that require adjustment to the plan. Anthony was very knowledgeable and supervised all of the work on site daily. Anthony was very quick to reply to my request to repair /repaint 2 cedar rake boards on my second floor fascia’s, damaged by carpenter bees and woodpeckers. He also had great insight into roofs and general exterior house issues. His crew was skilled, did an excellent job and were on time and performed the work as expected. Finished in 3/4 hrs. Anthony checked the roof as well for any potential problems /damage. I would hire him again.
We absolutely loved working with Home Pros LLC. It was a truly exceptional experience, which is all too rare these days.We were dreading replacing our roof- with 35 solar panels in place. We got three referrals for contractors. Anthony Marks of Home Pros was the only one that responded and followed up with us- promptly. He came to our home and spent an hour with his drone and other technologies at his disposal. He was able to prove that the visible damage to our roof was a result of the last bad storm that hit our area. Because of Anthony's hard work and professionalism, we ended up saving 25K +.What we ended up with was a beautiful 50 year roof. In addition to Home Pro's beautiful installation work, they were a pleasure to work with. Anthony coordinated with the solar company and insurance company and delivered on every expectation.
