Adam and his team are one of those hard working professional I’ve met. They were tasked to repair my deck after a fire repair and from start to finish, were transparent, professional and diligent. I couldn’t be happier with the work done by OCR. Adam and his team went above and beyond what I expected. Originally, they were just going to replace the shingles, but during the job, they discovered leaks in the old roof, rotting plywood, and very little insulation. Excellent experience. Adam and his partner came same day to complete a repair on the exterior roof FLASHING. He came with the metal material in hand, matching in color. While up there he also noticed some of the other panels were a bit loose and took the courtesy to drill some screws to prevent further repair issues.I highly recommend Adam and Ontario Certified Roofing. They are prompt, professional and offer a excellent rate compared to other local competitors. Cheers
I discovered a leak in my cottage bathroom and thought it might be from the plumbing stack. I went on to homestars and put in my information and was immediately contacted by Ontario certified roofing. I explained the problem and 2 hours after that Adam, his truck and workshop trailer showed up. It turns out the problem was not obvious and took a certain degree of expertise to determine what was going on. Within 2 hours Adam was on his way. Roof fixed and leaving behind a very happy customer. Days later I'm still getting calls from roofing companies on HomeStar that can maybe fit me in next week to come and have a look at it. Thanks Adam. I'm sure all calls can't go that quickly, but it is the end result that counts.
