Adam and his team are one of those hard working professional I’ve met. They were tasked to repair my deck after a fire repair and from start to finish, were transparent, professional and diligent. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t ideal and that didn’t stop them from being punctual and after multiple occasions of telling them to go home, they continued the job under questionable conditions and completed above my expectations. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with Adam and his team. From day one, they were friendly, professional, and really easy to deal with. The crew showed up on time, worked hard every single day, and made sure everything was cleaned up before they left—which we really appreciated.

What stood out the most is that they didn’t just “do the job.” They actually went the extra mile for us. They took the time to explain things in a way we understood, answered all of our questions, and even helped with a few extras they didn’t have to. You can tell they truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. Adam is super knowledgeable and a true professional. He helped fit us into his schedule when we needed serious help with a leak and huge issues with our roof. He ensured everything was safe and sound, racing bad weather ahead.

The roof looks amazing, and we feel so relieved knowing it was done right. It’s not easy to find a company that delivers this kind of quality and service, but Adam and his guys truly did. Originally, they were just going to replace the shingles, but during the job, they discovered leaks in the old roof, rotting plywood, and very little insulation. Adam was incredibly fair, trustworthy, and gave me lots of suggestions and advice. He took extra time to ensure everything was done correctly. You can tell he really takes pride in his work, and it shows in the quality and attention to detail. Their pricing was fair, the team was professional and thorough, and they left everything spotless when they finished. Excellent experience. Adam and his partner came same day to complete a repair on the exterior roof FLASHING. He came with the metal material in hand, matching in color. While up there he also noticed some of the other panels were a bit loose and took the courtesy to drill some screws to prevent further repair issues.

I discovered a leak in my cottage bathroom and thought it might be from the plumbing stack. I went on to homestars and put in my information and was immediately contacted by Ontario certified roofing. I explained the problem and 2 hours after that Adam, his truck and workshop trailer showed up. It turns out the problem was not obvious and took a certain degree of expertise to determine what was going on. Within 2 hours Adam was on his way. Roof fixed and leaving behind a very happy customer. Days later I'm still getting calls from roofing companies on HomeStar that can maybe fit me in next week to come and have a look at it. Thanks Adam. I'm sure all calls can't go that quickly, but it is the end result that counts.
