I recently had Rydel Roofing replace my shingles & I couldn't happier with their service & professionalism. The crew showed up on time & installed the new shingles all in the same day. Prior to the install I met with Kyle who broke down everything & clearly explained how Rydel's process was superior to the competition. After seeing several roofs installed in my neighbourhood it was clear that Rydel did not cut any corners. I would definitely recommend Rydel if you're looking to replace or repair your roof.

We went the whole 9 yards and hired Rydel to do our roof, siding, windows, soffits, facia, and eaves troughs. The entire experience was great - starting with our initial discussions and estimate with Kyle. He walked us through a myriad of choices and provided samples we could use to verify we were happy with the colour choices. It was reassuring to have Kellie and Daniel work with us throughout the project so we always knew who to contact with any questions. The crews that did the work were professional and did a great job cleaning up when the job was complete and most importantly - they did a great job. Rydel was also very accommodating as we needed to spread out the project for personal reasons so the roof was completed in May and they came back in September to finish all the rest. I cannot think of too many companies that would be that considerate. I am so glad we did it too, because when the original siding was removed we found a huge section of wall that was never insulated. I guess the builder was short on supplies at the time ???? Our neighbours are all telling us how nice the home looks now with the new roof and siding ! Thank you to Kyle, Daniel, Kellie and all the crews at Rydel that worked on our house !

Rydel Roofing did an excellent job from start to finish. (2000 sq ft, new shingles, eavestrough, vents, ice and snow shield)First contact was with Kyle who went through different options of shingles and packages. He was very knowledgeable of the trade and even provided a detailed satellite image of the roof. He played a big role into why we chose Rydel in the first place.Daniel was the manager and main contact throughout the project who did a great job. Answered any questions we had and was quick to respond. Setup the crew, waste bin dropoff/pickup, material dropoff and final payment.Albano and crew who worked on the roof were excellent. They arrived on time, wore proper ppe and fall arrest, protected the roof during slight rainfall, and completed the job in one day. Cleanup was also very thorough. A seperate crew came for the eavestrough which were also quick and efficient and got the job done.Imo, you get what you pay for with Rydel. Overall, very impressed and happy to recommend them to my own family and friends.
