Today we had the pleasure of meeting with Pyramid Roofing, our appointment time was set and they were prompt. Thoroughly examined my roof the Attic and the tool shed beside our house. Gave me a very concise quote and covered everything from pipe collars to magnetic cleanup at the end. Very knowledgeable answered all my questions couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This is a review in 2 parts.Part 1. I bought an older home in 2002 & replaced the roof in 2009. The company that did the work in 2009 was a REALLY bad company, they lied about the work, about the materials they used, and it was a real cluster. The roof they put on had areas with poor quality flashing, areas with no flashing, and an area under a dormer window with a 2-3" gap, open to the elements. Adding insult to injury, they went out of business a year or two after the work was done & the warranty was voided. Worst experience with a roof-ever.Part 2. Fast forward to 2026-I need a home appraisal & there are multiple areas of water intrusion/staining on the ceiling in several rooms of the house. I called Pyramid roofing & selected them for the job. They're locally owned, been in business for 40 years, have a lifetime guarantee.From the start, the Pyramid folks were professional, respectful and on time. Even when I had some very specific concerns and some pointed questions-the day before the project was due to start!Specific Shout Outs to:Skylor Gomez, who came out to look at the roof & get an idea of what was needed.Holly Adams who did a great job getting the work scheduled within the week(!), and pointing me in the right direction when I had BIG questions about the cost of the project-the day before it was supposed to start. (Thank you Holly!!).Nick the Sales Manager (sorry Nick-I missed your last name!) did a very tactful job of addressing concerns & answering some pointed questions from someone who'd already had a really bad experience & was none too keen on having another one! Nick walked back thru the high quality products that Pyramid uses, the fact that they've been in business for 40 years, & that the company itself has a Lifetime Guarantee on their work.Last, but who probably should've been first & foremost-BIG Shout Out to David Lassiter, who's been with the company for close to 20 years (I kid you not), who managed the job & assured me that the crew he had working it were the A Team (members of that team had been with the company for years too-all well established). Dave and I had a very frank discussion about what had happened with my first roof, and what I could expect with Pyramid, the work they do and the guarantee they stand on. I know all the paperwork that has to be done for all the certifications/guarantees, etc., but without someone standing in front of the homeowner & looking them eye to eye-it's not the same. Dave Lassiter was that guy. He made the difference.Shout Out also to Tony, the crew lead, Ochoa who walked me thru the attic before the shingles went on to demonstrate that the vast majority of the wood up there was solid; and to William and the rest of the crew-who did a GREAT job at clean-up after all the work was done. I've got dogs, and was very concerned about roofing nails in the back yard. The crew did a really good job of clean up afterward. I've found one or two nails, but that's a lot less than what I was expecting.Bottom line-you'll find companies out there who'll do it cheaper...but no one is going to stand by their work the way these folks do.Pyramid Roofing 10/10 Highly Recommend.
I am so impressed with Pyramid Roofing. We had an ice jam that caused water to leak into our home. Paulette scheduled our appointment and went over everything David would do during the inspection. I knew from my conversation with her that I had selected the right company. David was terrific! He performed a thorough and detailed inspection of our roof and documented with pictures and video the, fortunately for us, minor repair work that needs to be done. I highly recommend Pyramid!
Edward McKenna deserves 100 Stars ??! He was very knowledgeable & he presented the roof materials to me in a way that I could understand. It is obvious that he loves what he does. He did a thorough assessment of my roof and showed me the pictures of the condition of my roof. He went above and beyond. I would recommend him to complete the estimate for my friends. I’m glad I chose to get the estimate & made the decision to have Pyramid Roofing to replace my roof. I trust that they will do an excellent job. I checked with my friend who referred me and she is pleased with the results of her new roof. The staff that assisted with setting up the appointment and the date for the roof installation were awesome as well. I feel confident that I am getting the best roof from the best company.
We were happy with our experience, they came out quickly, inspected our roof. Took lots of pictures and took the time to educate us with our options without being pushy. Scott checked multiple places for leaks and unfortunately for us did find multiple! Haha (we did expect this). My husband was immediately impressed because he crawled into a small space in our attic to locate the leaks. Fortunately for us, we do feel this is the best company to work with. Customer experience is great and since we have had work done with them in the past we know we will get what we paid for. This is definitely the company you want working on your home.
