Roof was put on efficiently and clean up performed.Communication could have been better. I signed contract July 31. Had to follow up to get a timeline, was told 5-20 days. Next day I get a call they will do it next day. I ask if I needed to be home I was told no.The workers arrived in the morning and I get a very unprofessional phone call stating they need to get into the backyard and I need to leave work to come let them in.Some statements made during the phone call include this is common sense and this is ridiculous.Then he stated the frustration wasn't directed at me however to a customer that conversation could've went more professional.I understand the liability in having to clean and I appreciate the work that got done but I rushed home from work and then they didn't even need access to the yard until 6pm - when I would've been home from work already.That process was frustrating and it would have been nice to be told how to properly prepare the house - I have never had a roof put on I did not know or have any expectations communicated to me.Other than that I do appreciate the work and the roof looks great.
Awesome service from start to finish. Crew was fast and efficient and very thorough in their cleanup. Communication throughout the entire process was also on point.
The team was here early and worked hard all day. They did a great job cleaning up afterwards. And, the roof looks great! We would highly recommend!!
