We just had our roof replaced with Evan and Alex at 5 Stars Roofing, and I am truly blown away with how professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with these guys were from start to finish. With such a large and seemingly costly headache such as a roof replacement, I don't think we have had a smoother experience with anything else related to our home or cars, period. We originally called them to fix a small leak, completely AGAINST the idea of an entire roof replacement. But after the guys inspected our roof, the leak, and helped us evaluate our options, we completely changed our opinion. Not only did they help us through the insurance process with complete ease, they had their team ready to replace the roof in a matter of days. It looks fantastic, and the crew was all very friendly and hard working. On top of all that, they were able to give us a credit BACK in our pockets for a portion that insurance didn't pay. Over the last few years, I have really been let down by service professionals across various industries, and these guys blew my expectations out of the water. I cannot recommend Evan and Alex enough and will be telling anyone and everyone I know about the experience, they've earned a customer for life (but hopefully not again for 20 years or so).
