He's detail oriented, his estimate was accurate against his final billing and we are happy to recommend his service to friends and family. He even relocated 3 baby squirrels to a local vet for care and placement with a wildlife rehab volunteer after their eyes open. They were found in the roof repair process.
I have dealt with a lot of roofing companies over the years (and a ton of contractors in general) and honestly Deaville was unreal. The owner popped by to do a quote and gave us an extremely fair price and had the work completed in literally a couple of days. From quote to completion was about 2 days. The work is excellent, was finished in a couple hours and the pricing was well below market (compared to the overblown corporate style companeies). This is truly a family business and I will use them for life.
John and his crew did a spectacular job. He was very informative and patient as the full roof replacement was an insurance claim. He provided very thorough estimates for both time and materials. Job was scheduled and completed on time. Crew was outstanding with cleanup after installation was completed. Would use again and recommend his company for any of your roofing needs.
