They bring a level of expertise to their work that is well earned. They know what they are talking about and not just trying to sell some jargon they’ve been told to repeat to “upscale” customers. Their strength is their people. AG was my point of initial contact. The conversation we had all directed toward finding materials that were suitable for my house, met my expectations in terms of durability and appearance and fit well within my budget. AG made it clear to me that, first and foremost, my complete satisfaction was paramount in his mind and in the company owners mind. He took his time and answered every one of my questions (and there were many) both patiently and in great detail At no point did feel that I was being pressured or that earning my business wasn’t the most important thing he had to do at that moment.
