"Best Roofing Companies near Summerville".(For Safety and Security reasons, I don't include last names)Got an inspection and consultation with Cory (Company Rep) in conjunction with my insurance company and after going through the claim process - signed up to get my new roof.Everything went smoothly and professionally with constant, accurate communication through the Field Supervisor (Gustavo) and the Project Coordinator (Yobana) and the Office Manager (Emily). All I had to do was sit back, watch a movie or the news and well before the projected finish date - the new roof was in place! Had the best experience with Southline Roofing & Exteriors! A few months ago, a tree fell on my roof causing damage. Dealing with the insurance company was awful however Southline Roofing walked me through every step of the way! Elizabeth was nothing but professional and a pleasure to speak too. I had question after question, however between Elizabeth & Emily everything was handled smoothly. Uzi was quick and efficient as well, adding to my great experience with Southline. We have had multiple roofing companies come out to our home to fix an insurance claim for a roof replacement. We have never had a company that was so quick, responsive, accommodating and respectful as Southline Roofing & Exteriors. Cory was amazing, he went above and beyond our expectations. He had an appointment to come Wednesday this week but when I spoke with him on the phone he immediately asked if he could come the day of after he completed his current home. I appreciate him and the Owner for true quality and exceptional customer service. Cory was not worried about the late nights of staying at my home until 8-8:30pm to make sure I understood the entire process start to finish and the detail and every part of the contract. I would recommend Southline Roofing & Exteriors and Cory to everyone I know. This is by far my best choice as a first time homeowner for the quality and investment to make sure my roof is done professionally, up to code and going above and beyond to assist with siding damage and more.
