Edited Review: My initial review was quite positive, however, once we began experiencing a roof leak, Williford's willingness to make the repairs is disappointing and frustrating. They did send someone out to inspect, and it was determined there is a leak. We knew we had a leak because rain was pouring in through the ceiling. They made a partial repair, but have yet to finish. Mold has begun forming on our ceiling. Williford Roofing has been dragging this out for over a year! This lack of after-the-sale service is why I would not recommend them for your roofing needs. I left two stars on my review because the person answering their phone is pleasant and helpful.Original Review: We are so happy with our new roof from Williford Roofing! Everything about this process, from the estimate all the way through completion, was pleasant, informative, and professional. Daniel Sinclair set the entire project in motion; Nick was well prepared, and on time, with his hard-working crew, the morning of the installation. Brandon Cassels handled the details of the extra finishings with great skill and professionalism. We enjoyed doing business with these gentlemen and their crew.
Had a roof put on our house and it has been leaking nonstop ever since. Constant issues. We've reached the point where we now have to redo it ourselves because it has cost us so much money and so much time. Rain and storms are a nightmare no matter how much preparation we do and we always end having to climb up in the middle of hurricane season to tar around the stupid vents they insisted on installing. We currently have over two dozen stains on our ceilings from previous leaks, and at least seven active leaks as I type this - one went from nothing to two feet across and absolutely saturated in under 2 hours! We should have gotten 15-25 years out of this at minimum and we didn't even get 5. No offers for help or apologies. Literally use ANYONE else but this company. The stress this has caused us, time we've wasted, late nights spent climbing in the attic with five gallon buckets and on the roof to patch big leaks is insane. If my dad didn't work in construction and have prior knowledge to temporarily repair this, our roof would have started falling apart from leaks long ago. There is no reason we should have to pay the astronomical prices to have this roof replaced twice in 12 years because of shoddy work they won't even own up to. They care more about a quick job so they can move onto the next paying customer than actually helping you protect or improve your home. Horrible customer service, horrid work ethic, shoddy roof installation, and no consideration or care for the customer.
Roof makes my house look way better than expected, very clean work, was very happy with being able to do it in one day and left my house just as clean and yard just as clean as it was before they started !
All of the wood trim and the sections of wood siding have been replaced along with 2 doors. We absolute love our home's new look and porches! Every worker was friendly, polite, professional and even took the time to get to know our dog! I cannot say enough good things about this company and Deven our construction manager! Thank you!
