I had observed Peak Performance doing a roofing job in my neighborhood recently, and got a proposal from them and others prior to doing a new roof on my garage. Their price was super competitive so I was happy to go with them. They came in exactly when they said they would, and their courteous and energetic crew attacked the garage in a flurry of activity. By the end of the day, we had a new roof. I also had them repair some flashing damaged in a winter storm. Their work was awesome, and their care and cleanup couldn’t have been better. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.

I highly recommend Peak Performance. I received a few other estimates from other highly recommended roofers in the area. Their prices were much higher for the same work. Peak completed my simple ranch roof in less than a full day. They were fast and efficient and left the yard clean.
I met Peak Performance Roofing's Sales Manager, Tommy, randomly in my neighborhood, you never know what saying hi to a neighbor can lead to, and our need for roofing come up organically. He came over and looked at the house that same day, and used his expertise and a drone to determine what shingles we needed very quickly. This communication was a big and welcome change from previous contractors, as was how quickly they got us on their schedule. As of writing this they have already completed the work, at the end of winter and dodging the weather no less! We needed the front half of the house re-shingled but with significant roof repairs needed as well as there had been some water damage in several areas. They identified all areas that needed new plywood both on the main roof but also dormers and gables, and they used high quality materials and didn't skimp on flashing and other sub-shingle material such as tar paper and caulking etc. - and did it all in one day! Neighbors commented with surprise at how quickly and efficiently they worked and how nice the new roof looked, and that they and all the waste was all gone already. The crew was very pleasant and communicative throughout the day, used good safety equipment both for themselves and for managing the roof waste material. They were very conscientious about removing all the debris, and they left the yard as if they hadn't even been there at all. I couldn't be happier about the whole process, unless they could have done it for free! From working with the Sales Manager Tommy to scope the job using modern and accurate technology, responsive communication about estimates and contracts, to the almost immediate scheduling, and excellent onsite communication with the Project Manager, Jim, about the location of the dumpster and confirmation of final timing to avoid weather that would have been bad for the house. I was incredibly impressed with the professionalism of the work crew who were both hard and fast working and safe at the same time; and their foreman gave a great summary of what they had done during the project. Peak Performance of Easthampton, MA is a very reputable company. I recently had them remove/install metal roofing on my garage, shingle the breezeway, and replace a ridge vent on the main house. The job went smoothly from estimate to completion. Jim and Carolyn were very accommodating and communication was outstanding throughout. The crew was prompt, knew their craft well, and cleaned up upon completion. I called 6-8 roofers for my original estimate and Peak Performance was the only company to actually follow through. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
