Forever grateful for a headache free transaction! I had gotten a letter from my Home owners insurance saying that I needed to change my roof or lose my coverage Citywide was able to come out the same day give me a quote on a new roof and had it changed all in a weeks time! They gave me the proofs for my insurance and now I’m still covered and my house is too! 10/10 would definitely do business with them again! From office staff to laborers everyone was 100% the best! Best part they helped me finance the project and took care of everything fo me! Affordable fast and they get it done right.

I am a review enthusiast. I make 99% of my decisions based on reviews. Despite the 1 poor review this company has, I called to speak to them. I only work with professional licensed and insured contractors for all my home projects, and after reading the reviews of CityWide Roofing I decided to give them a try. I called for my free estimate and they asked me more questions than I thought I needed to answer, but in the end it only made me feel more comfortable that I would get an estimate that later on won't turn into a down payment! You know how lots of companies give you an estimate and later on they're... well, you need to change this too, and that is broken, and we need to do this and that and you end up with a crazy amount you have to pay. Once they've started working on your roof, what can you do? They explained to me why they were asking those questions in a very patient and informative way and now I completely understand what roofing companies have to do to make an appointment with a customer and how difficult it is to give a free estimate. I thought my roof was too old (and leaking!) and needed to be replaced. Lee suggested the most cost efficient solution which was to repair instead of change the complete roof. The other two companies I called (to get a second and third opinion) told me they cannot fix the leak and I needed to replace the whole roof. I'm happy I gave CityWide Roofing a chance despite the one bad review (which made perfect sense.. if you have a flat roof it can leak much more than a slanted roof). They were very aware of the safety precautions that needed to take place during the pandemic and I felt very safe with them around. They were also very clean and didn't leave a mess which I was very happy about. They wore masks and kept their distance. Thank you for that. And thank you for such a great job on my roof. I am very pleased and sad that I only have one roof that needed to be fixed. If ever I find I need more roofing done, I will certainly call CityWife Roofing. You should too. Thank you Lee!
